This very nutty and fragrant oil has a versatile almond flavour that is preserved during cooking. Its high smoking point makes it great for frying fish and poultry, infusing its beautiful aroma.
Directions:
Apricot Kernel Oil is used as a cooking oil: use instead of vegetable oil or butter when pan-frying. It remains stable and smoke-free even at very high temperatures. Apricot Kernel oil can also be used in salad dressings, as with olive oil. You can also use it as a replacement for butter in baking due to its buttery almond-like taste.
