Vegetarian Sausage Mix

  • Makes 6 sausages (2 servings).
  • High in protein.
  • Just add water and cook.
  • Fortified with B-vitamins and iron.

Directions

  • Empty one of the sachets into a bowl.
  • Mix with 125ml of cold water.
  • Leave to stand for 10 minutes.
  • Form into 4 sausages.
  • Fry for about 12 minutes in a frying pan.
Ingredients
Dried textured soya protein (45%), breadcrumbs (32%) (fortified wheatflour [wheatflour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin], yeast, salt), flavourings (contains barley), wheat gluten, palm oil, dried parsley, onion powder, stabiliser (methylcellulose), dried sage, ground black pepper.
