Vegetarian Sausage Mix
- Makes 6 sausages (2 servings).
- High in protein.
- Just add water and cook.
- Fortified with B-vitamins and iron.
Directions
- Empty one of the sachets into a bowl.
- Mix with 125ml of cold water.
- Leave to stand for 10 minutes.
- Form into 4 sausages.
- Fry for about 12 minutes in a frying pan.

Dried textured soya protein (45%), breadcrumbs (32%) (fortified wheatflour [wheatflour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin], yeast, salt), flavourings (contains barley), wheat gluten, palm oil, dried parsley, onion powder, stabiliser (methylcellulose), dried sage, ground black pepper.
