Vegetarian Burger Mix

  • Very versatile - can be used to make more than just burgers!
  • Made from vegetable protein.
  • Simply add water.
  • Can be fried or grilled.
  • 2 sachets, making 4 burgers each.


This pack contains 2 sachets, which make 4 burgers.
  1. Empty contents of one sachet into a bowl.
  2. Add 143ml of cold water (around 5 fl oz).
  3. Mix and allow to stand for 10 minutes.
  4. Form into a burger shape.
  5. Fry gently in an oiled pan until golden brown for 10-12 minutes. Or, you can use a grill.
We have found that adding an egg to the mix makes for particular firm, meaty burgers.
