This pale green powder has a concentrated sweet vegetable flavour with a hint of nuttiness.

Kale powder is a handy cupboard alternative to fresh or frozen kale and is an essential ingredient in smoothies. It is easy to stir into shakes and juices and adds extra nutrition to recipes such as soups and sauces. Kale powder also makes a tasty garnish on pasta!

The flavours of Kale are complimented by spices such as ginger, cloves and nutmeg. Try combing with a little French Four Spice Blend in both sweet and savoury recipes.

Instructions for Use

A suggested concentration in liquid is 2-3 tsp per 150-200ml.
