This is a tropical blossom honey which originates from the Miombo forests located at the head of the Zambezi River in Zambia. A semi-clear, strong flavoured honey which is perfect to add sweetness to sweet baking and is robust enough to compliment the flavours of warm spices such as cinnamon, cardamom, allspice and ginger.

The complex taste may be too much for some as a simple breakfast spread, but is ideal for drizzling into porridge.
