Dairy-Free Cheese Block in French Blue Style
Like Blue English, our Blue French style Cheese comes in a wedge. Similar to Blue English, but perhaps slightly tangier with regards to its “blue” flavour, and the eye appeal of those blue flecks, to create an authentic look, reminiscent of French cheese.
Really, you can use it in similar ways to the Blue English Cheese and substitute this in any dairy-based recipes calling for Blue cheese. It's actually fabulous melted in toasties with some slices of tomato, or add to your savoury pie fillings alongside courgettes and mushrooms.
This is also a great candidate for your cheeseboards, as it creates lots of interest visually and because of their varied and exciting flavours, along with our Jalapeno Cheddar, Wensleydale with Cranberries, and German Smoked flavours.
