Frankincense Oil

Frankincense essential oil has a spicy, woody, light lemony aroma, which is both soothing and uplifting. Frankincense is considered one of the most spiritual essential oils and is great for use during meditation to help support the mind. This rich essential oil is also prized for it's benefits to the skin and is a popular ingredient in skincare, it's especially great for dry skin and to improve the complexion.

DIY Tip

For a luxurious, nourishing facial moisturiser, blend 2 drops of Frankincense with 1 drop of Rose (preferably Otto) in 10ml of Evening Primrose or Borage oil and apply sparingly.

Room Fragrance

Try 2 drops of Frankincense and 2 drops of Bergamot essential oil in a burner or diffuser to help quiet the mind after a hectic day in the office.
