Quick Falafel Mix
- Cooks in 10 minutes.

- Makes 12 standard-sized falafels.
- Vegan-friendly.
Directions
- Empty sachet into a bowl.
- Mix thoroughly with 75ml of cold water.
- Leave to stand for 5 minutes.
- Stir again.
- Shape into 12 walnut-sized balls. You may need to dust your hands with flour for this bit.
- Shallow-fry for 4-5 minutes.

Breadcrumbs (30%) (fortified wheatflour [wheatflour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin], yeast, salt), gram flour (20%), lentil flour (12%), dried onion, pea protein, ground spices (6.5%) (coriander, cumin, chilli powder ginger, cinnamon), dried apricots (6%) (apricots, preservative [sulphur dioxide]), dried herbs (parsley, oregano, mint) palm oil, dried garlic.
