Our pomelo peel is dried, diced and candied making it ready to use right to use right away in recipes or as a snack exactly how it is. Pomelo is extremely high in vitamin C, making it a fantastic antioxidant fruit and ingredient to incorporate into your diet. There are various ways that you can use our dried and diced pomelo.
