Directions:
Heat your choice of oil in a wok. Add your choice of meat or vegetables and fry until cooked. Add the Chinese Beef Stir Fry Sauce and stir until everything is coated. Cook for a further five minutes or until everything is cooked. Serve with your choice of rice or noodles.
