Chinese 5-Spice Powder

  • An aromatic blend of sweet spices for Chinese cooking.
  • Contains cinnamon, fennel, ginger, star anise, cloves.
  • Uses include stir fries and soups.
This particular Chinese 5 spice has been pre-mixed by Hampshire Foods. It is easy to use, just sprinkle into your cooking to taste.

Some 5-spice recipes can vary and include Szechaun Pepper instead of garlic. At Healthy Supplies, all these individual ingredients are sold separately, if you'd prefer to create your own blend.
