This Sicilian Orange Peel is lightly candied with glucose syrup (corn-based) and are chopped into roughly half centimetre or less cubes. This makes them ideal for adding to celebration cakes and everyday pastries.
You can mix the Orange Peel with Lemon Peel to make mixed peel for adding to Christmas and Easter Simnel Cakes.
