Simply break into smaller chunks, melt down in a bain marie and add the sweetener of your choice. You can enhance the flavour of this thick, chocolatey paste using some vanilla or unroasted carob powder. From this you can stir in hot milk or milk substitute for a thoroughly luxurious drink or alternatively add extra Cacao Butter and/or Coconut Butter for chocolate making.
