Healthy Pasta
Hale & Hearty macaroni contains unprocessed wholegrains (non-wheat/gluten based). The organically grown ingredients are a natural source of
easily digestible protein, containing
8 essential amino acids which our bodies cannot produce. The nutritional qualities in each grain are preserved by drying the pasta slowly and at a low temperature.
Additionally buckwheat is a good source of Fibre, B vitamins, Zinc & Magnesium, making this pasta deliciously wholesome & healthy.
Directions
Add pasta to boiling water. Cook without a lid for 6-8 minutes. Drain without rinsing & serve immediately.
