Directions
This bouquet garni comes in a bag, like a teabag. Drop the bag into your soup/casserole/stock/sauce and allow to simmer. You can then remove the bag. There are four bags per pack.
Bouquet garni is particularly good for using when you want to make a sauce with herb flavours, but don't want bits of herb in afterwards. Just remove the bag and the herb flavour will still be there!
