Apple Balsamic Vinegar

Apples replace Italian grapes in this modern British take on a culinary classic - our Aspall Cyder Vinegar infused with the must from reduced apples. A distinct rich caramel colour and a fragrant sweet aroma of apples and toffee. This exquisite vinegar has a smooth flavour that falls between sweet and sour but with a sharp cidery kick at the finish.
