Blanched Almond Spread from Sicily

This nut butter is made entirely from peeled Sicilian organic almonds. This is a smooth spread that can be eaten straight off the spoon as an energy boost or spread on toast/crisp bread. Try stirring one or two teaspoons into a plain yoghurt or add to desserts. This butter is fairly runny, so is better drizzled.
