Higher Nature Advanced Multi is a comprehensive multivitamin and mineral supplement providing 26 essential nutrients, including live bacteria (Bacillus coagulans). Key nutrients include iron and vitamin C, which contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, vitamin D and zinc for normal immune system function, and magnesium, B2, niacin, B6, and B12 for normal energy-yielding metabolism. Nutrients are provided in bioavailable forms including pyridoxal-5-phosphate (B6), ferrous gluconate (iron), and calcium ascorbate (vitamin C). Vegan and vegetarian. Supplied as 90 tablets.

Adults and children 15 years and over, take 2-3 tablets a day (children 11-14 take 2 tablets a day, children 5-10 take 1 a day) with meals. Do not exceed recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking any medication or have a medical condition, please consult your healthcare professional before using this product. B vitamins may turn urine bright yellow - this is normal. Contains Vitamin K.
If you are taking anti-coagulants (blood thinners) do not take more than 2 tablets a day except on the advice of a doctor.
This product contains iron, which, if taken in excess, may be harmful to very young children. Keep out of sight and reach. Total content of iron per bottle is 450mg. Store in a cool, dry place out of reach of children.
