Our organic wheat grain is an alternative to our organic spelt grain for those who prefer wheatgrass grown from wheat. Supplied with growing instructions, 5kg is enough to grow approximately 10 to 15 trays of fresh wheatgrass with a growth time of 10-14 days. As wheat grain is naturally unhusked, it can also be used to produce sweet, chewy sprouts.
