Carefully formulated blend of 13 key nutrients to support thyroid function for normal metabolism and energy production, including selenium and iodine, as well as other important vitamins and trace minerals, together with 450 mg of amino acid tyrosine per capsule.

Directions

Adults take 2-3 capsules a day at least 30 minutes before meals. Do not exceed recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

Tyrosine, magnesium citrate, capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, kelp*, nicotinamide (vitamin B3), anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), ferrous gluconate, zinc citrate, manganese citrate, l-selenomethionine, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, pyridoxine HCl (vitamin B6), copper gluconate, pteroylglutamic acid (folic acid), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).
