Greek Rose Petal Compote
This delicious handmade traditional Greek rose petal compote, also known as 'spoon sweets', is made on the island of Chios. It will make the most delicious topping for yoghurt, ice cream and cheesecake, and tastes fantastic added to baked fruit dishes. It's also divine spread on toast or scones, and makes a perfect filling for cakes. In Greece it's traditionally served to house guests, accompanied by a Greek coffee.
