Rice dream is a 'milky' drink made from rice. It is similar in consistency to skimmed dairy milk and can be used as a milk alternative if you choose to. Being rice, this drink is easy to digest and contains hardly any fat, which is ideal if you are trying to maintain low cholesterol levels.

How Does It Taste?

Rice drink can be enjoyed on its own. Rice is a naturally sweet grain and thanks to the way it has been processed, Organic Rice Dream has a subtle pleasant sweetness.

Uses

You can use rice drink in the same way you would use dairy milk. Unlike soya drink, rice dream mixes well and tastes good with a hot cup of English Tea. You could also pour it over your breakfast cereal, make iced coffee and use in cake or batter recipes. Rice drink is not suitable for mixing up with infant formula powders.
