Activated Buckwheat Crisp Bites Covered in Lucuma and Maca

Sprouted crispy buckwheat seeds have been covered in a dairy free caramel sauce made with the superfoods lucuma and raw maca to give a deep caramelly flavour and just a pinch of vanilla. Coconut flakes, sweet cashews and chewy figs are then added for good measure!

Directions

These are great as a cereal or just as a tasty snack! Perfect with almond milk or coconut milk and covered with fresh fruit. It's also great as a topping on your favourite smoothie bowl or yoghurt.
