Gluten Free Garlic & Herb Risoni

Risoni is a type of pasta made in the shape of large rice grains. It is very quick and easy to cook and offers a lighter texture compared to rice. Some of the grains have been coloured with spinach and beetroot to brighten up the dish and have a subtle Italian seasoning of garlic and basil.
Use risoni to make delicious saucy risotto, stuffed peppers or salad dishes. Risoni can also be used instead of cous cous by adding tomatoes, peas, beans, onion and herbs. To cook risoni, add to boiling water and leave to cook for 8 minutes. You can add dry risoni to soup. It will cook in the same way, just add in the last 7 minutes of cooking time.
