Whole Organic Apricot Kernels

  • 100% natural, raw kernels.
  • Similar to almonds in shape, size and consistencey.
  • Lovely for snacking or adding to cereal.
  • Handy resealable pouch.

Pearls of Samarkand apricot kernels come from the ancient Silk Road through Uzbekistan. The wild picked apricots are left to sun-dry after the stones are pitted and sorted.

Apricot kernels are ideal for snacking on or adding to your breakfast. They are similar to almonds in their shape, crunchiness and size. Their flavour is very similar to almonds too, although they have a tantalising bitterness and an alluringly nutty taste.

Ingredients
Apricot Kernels (organically farmed in Uzbekistan).
