FOAMO, the fear of missing out on perfect foaminess. Forget about it, just follow these 3 steps:
1) Make sure your Provamel is nice and cold before you start. Heat it up and keep below 60°C.
2) Stir with a foam mixer until it looks like something a barista whipped up.
3) Pour slowly to try a little latté art if you are brave enough.

Provamel uses carefully selected organic oats grown in Europe. Oats are very sustainable crops, with little ecological impact compared to other cereals. Just like soy, it has a low carbon footprint and uses a small amount of land to produce much. No extra watering is required, limited use of fertilisers is needed and they are no pesticides used. Plus, the whole plant gets used, nothing is wasted. Provamel may only use the flowering seedheads of the oats but the stems are also harvested and are used to enrich the soil.
