Crunchy and Fruity Muesli

  • Organic muesli.
  • Flaked cereals with nuts & seeds.
  • No added sugar.
  • Oats, barley and wheat flakes.
Jam packed full of complex carbohydrates, protein and sweet fruit to get you started in the morning. As with most mueslis you can allow this to soak overnight in milk for a softer style dish or alternatively just add milk in the morning and munch away.

Why not use this muesli as the basis for a tray bake. You can also make your own Granola by mixing together a little coconut sugar & butter/margarine, spread loosely onto a baking tray and pop in the oven at 170°c for around 25-30mins or until golden brown.

Ingredients
Rolled Oats*, Jumbo Oats*, Barley Flakes*, Malted Wheat Flakes*, Raisins*, Cranberries* 7.5% (sweetened with apple juice), Pecans* 6.6%, Sunflower Seeds*, Chopped Dates*, and Flaked Almonds*.

*Denotes organically certified ingredients. Packed in an environment containing nuts and seeds.
