Hot Chilli Cheese Flavoured Crackers

Ingredients:

Potato starch, cheese (milk) 27%, corn flour, cream (milk), rice starch, potato fibre, sugar, corn starch, salt, emulsifier: mono- and di-glycerides of fatty acids, chilli 1%, yeast extract, mixed herbs, stabiliser: xanthan gum, raising agents (ammonium bicarbonate, glucono-delta-lactone, sodium bicarbonate), tomato powder.
