These mixed mulberries make an excellent snack. Their flavours and textures are quite unique amongst dried fruit; the White mulberry is drier but very sweet, resembling a cluster of honey, whilst the Black mulberry is moist and slightly tart, resembling the flavour of blackberry or blueberry. Better still, they are nutritious, containing fibre, vitamins, minerals and fewer calories than chocolate.
