Manuka honey has been long used for its health maintaining properties and is generally believed to be good for immune health.

This Comvita Manuka Honey contains a UMF (Unique Manuka Factor) of at least 18. UMF is measure of the antibacterial activity which naturally occurs within the honey. Every batch of honey has its own strength in activity which is measured independently of Comvita.

Using Manuka Honey

Manuka honey can be spread onto toast, warm bread rolls or crumpets. It can also be eaten straight off the spoon as a daily supplement - 1-2 teaspoons 4 times a day.

Honey is softer the warmer it gets. If you prefer firm honey, store in the refrigerator.
