Directions:

For best results, apply liberally and rub well into clean skin of torso, leg or arms. Avoid sensitive areas and mucus membranes. Avoid contact with eyes and other sensitive areas. Rub well into skin. Rinse or wipe off after 20 minutes and moisturize. It is normal for some individuals to experience a gentle tingling sensation on the skin during the first several applications.
