The recommended serving is 2ml per tincture a day. 1 squeeze of the rubber bulb is equal to 1ml, this squeeze should only fill the glass tube 1/3 way up.

Directions

We recommend you take your Lion's Mane tincture in the morning or as and when you need to be your most productive. For the best absorption, we recommend taking 2 dropperfuls directly under your tongue.

Your 2ml daily dose can also be added to your favourite beverage, such as tea, coffee, or a smoothie, allowing you to effortlessly incorporate this potent elixir into your daily life with no disturbances to your routine.

Please note 1 dropperful is 1 squeeze of the pipette, which is equal to 1ml of tincture.
