These light walnut halves and pieces, make an attractive addition to a variety of recipes, including the obvious sweet recipes such as cakes, cupcakes and biscuits. The sweet flavour would also be perfect in classic savoury recipes such as the Waldorf Salad and as a base for pesto pasta.
