This is the ideal convenient meal for those of us who love quinoa! It's full of vegetables and simply needs cooking in a pan for 10 minutes. Just add water and cook!
This can be used as a main meal for one or two, or as a side dish. It can be accompanied by other vegetables or meat, or served by itself. It's versatile and tasty!
Directions
Pour the contents of the pouch (if cooking for two or you are very hungry!) into a pan of boiling water, covering quinoa plus 2cm.
Bring to the boil and simmer on a low heat for 8-10 minutes.
Add more water if necessary whilst cooking.
Serve! There is no need to drain, as the water is absorbed into the quinoa.
