What is Carob?
Carob is a sweet tasting bean which is often used as an alternative to chocolate or coffee. It contains less fat and no caffeine. It is the carob that gives this bar most if its sweetness, with a little natural enhancement from vanilla flavouring.
Siesta Carob bars contain no dairy or any animal produce. This makes it suitable for vegans, vegetarians and those with a dairy or gluten intolerance.
Ingredients:
Carob powder 30%, non-hydrogenated vegetable fat, soya powder, emulsifier (Lecithin), natural vanilla flavouring.
This product has been produced in a nut free environment. However, it cannot be guaranteed that it does not contain nut traces.
