Will the courier leave a card?

Couriers will usually try and leave a card when they attempt delivery, or if they deliver your parcel to a safe place. However these have been known to go missing, particularly if you live in a communal building like flats. We will always send you tracking information the day we ship your order - this will contain all the information you need to retrieve your parcel, including a tracking number and a link to track your order. All the orders we send out come via a trackable service. Please check the tracking page for your order if you want to see where it is, before contacting us.

Should you need to collect your parcel from a local sorting office, and you don't have a card left by the courier, you can retrieve your parcel by taking the email with your tracking number, along with two forms of ID (showing proof of address and proof of identity eg. a utility bill and passport). You may also be asked for the date on which delivery was attempted.
