You can use the form below to send us an email. Email is our preferred method of communication, and our team here in Sussex respond quickly. We answer the emails before we answer the phones!

Please note we are working hard to despatch your orders. Wherever possible, please refrain from emailing and asking for an exact delivery date for your order. We are working 7 days a week, day and night to get the orders out. We are currently receiving large volumes of emails that are asking for exact dates. Due to the delays caused by Covid-19 we are not always able to provide exact information. Thank you for your understanding.

All emails go straight through to our warehouse in Sussex, and we deal with all phone calls quickly and efficiently - there's no call centre!

Please note that all staff have to pick and pack orders, even the managers, so it is much better to email if possible as we are not always able to pick up the phone. We believe that having a smaller customer service team is better for continuity, and means that you do not get passed around from department to department. In any case, we are only a small company consisting of around a dozen people!
