I'm having problems at checkout

Occasionally, problems can arise at checkout stage because of the way your device is set up. Programmes whose aim it is to offer protection (such as Adblocker and Bitdefender) can sometimes cause a payment to be unsuccessful, and temporarily disabling them or instructing them to trust our website can fix the problem.

Perhaps you are using an old device, or one whose operating system or browser you haven't updated recently - if this is the case, performing an update may well fix the problem. However, sometimes they will be so old that there is no update available, and you'll need to use an alternative device to buy from our website.
