• FHIRST contains 2 billion stable living probiotic cultures. Our encapsulation process ensures that FHIRST's health benefits are stable during its shelf life and that our cultures reach the gut* (where they are meant to be). *based on human in vitro digestion study 2023.
• FHIRST contains 5 gram of fibre. We use a unique plant fibre blend based on chicory root inulin and a plant fibre called xylo-oligosacchardies (XOS). This strain stimulates the growth of healthy bacteria without any undesired side-effects. Our blend also makes the fibre content stable and potent without the risk of conversion over time.
• FHIRST is a ZERO-SUGAR drink but we chose to work with natural juices instead of only natural aroma's. So hence the small calorie count on the nutritionals.
