Equal Exchange's Italian Coffee Beans are a blend of high mountain arabicas and tropical robusta. These whole beans have a rich, smooth flavour and make the perfect additions to espresso and cappuccinos.

Directions

Use one dessertspoon of ground coffee per person. For cafetieres, use fresh water just off the boil. Stir and leave for 3-5 mins. Ensure that you use a coffee grinder to produce a medium/fine grind.
