Epsom Bath Salt 1kg (Westlab)

For bathing: Add 1-4 cups of salts to a warm bath Relax and soak for at least 20 minutes. For MSK discomfort or after an intense exercise session we recommend using 2-4 cups in your bath (500g-1Kg) up to 3 times a week.

If you have very dry or sensitive skin then you may prefer to use Magnesium Flakes instead of Epsom Salts.

For maintenance of muscle relaxation and health, you can boost any bath with 1-2 cups (250-500g) either alone or alongside your other favourite bathing products.

For a foot soak: Dissolve up to 1 cup (250g) of salt in a warm 5 litre foot bath of approx 37-39°C. Relax and soak feet for up to 20 minutes, refreshing with additional warm water if needed.
