Made from fresh and dried Naga Chillies, which have 6.4 Million Scoville Heat Units. There is no doubt that this chilli sauce will pack a big enough punch for serious chilli fans. Even though it comes in a bottle and is pourable, we do not recommend that you "pour" this sauce over anything! A light dabbing action is recommended in order to avoid serving too much.
Directions
- Use to flavour extremely hot curries.
- Normal people can only tolerate a very small dab of this sauce, if at all.
- One drop is enough!
- Add a few drops to a bottle of ketchup to turn it into chilli sauce!
