Each slices measures 95mmx48mm, and is around 3-4mm thick, but has only 17.6 calories per slice, which is amazing. It holds its shape well, and is medium-brittle and medium-chewy when wet. It is ideal with tomatoes, or perhaps some smoked salmon. It can also be used for dipping into soups.
