Flax Seed Crackers with Chilli

The Taste

The first thing you might want to know is how hot the chilli is? The flavour is quite delicate which means the spice does not over-power the nutty taste of the flax seed. Very nice indeed!

If you wanted an extra kick of spice, why not spread some cool garlic houmous on to the cracker and lightly dust with paprika to finish. Mmmm!

Flax seeds are great for your body. The contain natural omega oils which benefits your joint health, skin and hair. They are also a good source of fibre which does wonders for slow digestion. Additionally, flax seeds contain other vitamins, minerals and nutrients, all of which are retained in their raw state.
