• A staple part of Indian cuisine.
• Used in almost all curries.
• Typically used in conjunction with cumin, turmeric, pepper and chilli.
• Coriander powder also thickens curries.

Directions

• Use coriander in all curries.
• Use around 1-2 tablespoons (10-20g) of ground coriander powder per person.
• Add towards the end of cooking so as to retain as much of the flavour as possible.
• Coriander powder also helps to thicken curries.
