Cholula Chilli Garlic Hot Sauce is a strong spicy sauce with a medium/hot heat. It is made with a vinegar base and is quite runny in consistency. The spout is quite narrow, like that of a tabasco bottle, to allow controlled pouring.
This is definitely a garlic sauce with a lovely spicy overtone. It is a light orangey colour. This would work very well as a spicy garlic dip for prawns and tempura. It makes an excellent dressing over chicken, salads and fish. You could definitely cook up some tasty garlic mushrooms with this sauce.

Water, Salt, Dried Peppers (arbol and piquin), vinegar, garlic, spices, natural flavours, xanthan gum, dried garlic. Made in Mexico.
