Niaouli or Melaleuca viridiflora essential oil is a member of the tea tree family and has a sweet, fresh aroma with a camphorous note. The oil is obtained from the leaves and twigs of this Australian shrub.

This oil can be used to help ease away everyday aches and pains, try using 2 drops of niaouli, 2 drops of lavender and 1 drop of black pepper in 10ml of peach kernel.
Massage the area with the mixture, or alternatively add the mixture into a warm bath, lie back, and enjoy.
