Directions

Classic Daily Dose: Enjoy a daily dose first thing in the morning or 30 minutes before meals. Take 25ml diluted in a smoothie, in warm water with lemon and honey or in other creative ways.

Drizzle Over Meals: Add into most meals including soups, salads, roasted veg and meat basting. Use in sauces, dressing, dips and marinades.

Smoothie Booster: Add to fruit or green smoothies for tang + natural sweetness.
