150g Calcium ascorbate non-acidic Crystals. The crystal form of Calcium ascorbate can be stirred into water and soft drinks for best absorption and is an easy way to include this important vitamin into the diet where high dose vitamin C is preferred or required.

Dosage: 1g (approx. ¼ teaspoon) daily dissolved in water or stirred into a soft drink.
