Spelt Sunflower & Sesame Crispbread
Spelt is an ancient grain cultivated thousands of years ago and only recently rediscovered. Our Amisa Organic Spelt Crispbread, retains all the goodness of this ancient grain. The sunflower and sesame seed add extra texture and nutritional properties. Spread some hummus or cream cheese on it for a delicious, simple snack.
Although not gluten free, spelt can be tolerated by some people with wheat allergies.
